The Answer Foundation was founded by individuals who have personally experienced the profound impact of mental illness and addiction within their families. We understand that these challenges can occur both independently and simultaneously, and we know firsthand the difficulties that arise when families lack the proper support and resources.
Our aim is to bridge the gap between those in need and the treatment they require. We are dedicated to helping families by providing comprehensive support and resources. We believe in the inherent worth of every person and understand that effective assistance begins with a willingness to seek help. Through our careful application process, we identify families that align with our mission and offer them a tailored treatment plan rooted in our expertise and commitment to recovery.

Meet the Team

Neal Williams

Director and President

The vision for TAF emerged in 2020 when Neal was working with young people and their families during the COVID pandemic. Having faced his own struggles with mental illness and substance addiction as an adolescent and young adult, Neal understood the challenges families encountered, much like those he was supporting.
A suicide attempt survivor, Neal has been in recovery from alcohol and drugs since 2013. He began volunteering in mental health and addiction services in 2015 and has worked professionally in the field since 2020. Leveraging his personal and professional experiences, Neal aims to provide the guidance and answers that families are seeking.
Neal resides in Fort Worth, TX, with his wife, Antoinette, and their son, Bryce.

Mark Page

Director

Mark is a career investment executive and entrepreneur with over 35 years of experience in Wealth Management, Private Equity, Venture Capital, and many other segments of the investment world. He is also very passionate about sobriety and addiction, serving as a mentor and sponsor for other men in recovery. Mark has 12 years of personal sobriety and uses his experience to help and teach others across many segments of his life including business, his church, and other philanthropic organizations.
Mark and his wife Melissa live in Keller, TX and have 3 adult children. Mark and Melissa use their personal story of the perils of addiction to help others in this deadly disease.

Thomas McVeigh

Secretary

Since 2013, Thomas has been a dedicated volunteer in the recovery field, leveraging his own long-term recovery experience to support and inspire others in leading healthy, substance-free lives.
His advocacy for mental health and recovery extends beyond his professional role, as he actively engages in community service to positively impact those struggling with substance use disorder. As an ordained minister, Thomas integrates spiritual insight into his compassionate leadership approach.
Thomas and his wife Theresea live in Fort Worth, Texas, where they share their home with five cats. His personal passions provide him with balance and inspiration, reinforcing his commitment to creating a more empathetic and healthier world.
